About me
I’m a warm and experienced, fully qualified BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist offering therapy for adults online across the UK and in person in East London (Bethnal Green).
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy, depending on your needs.
Alongside my private practice, I also work with a women’s mental health non-profit and have experience providing therapy through low-cost counselling services.
I support people navigating a wide range of issues, including but not limited to:
anxiety and depression
childhood trauma
challenges with sex and intimacy
cultural and cross-cultural concerns
exploration around neurodiversity and self-discovery
questions of spirituality, belonging, and meaning
identity, self-worth, and self-esteem struggles
the emotional impact of illness and chronic conditions
the effects of past abuse and relational trauma
I have specialist experience supporting women of the Global Majority navigating grief, childhood trauma, relational wounds, and the effects of systemic oppression.
I trained at the University of East London, completing a PGDip in Counselling & Psychotherapy, and hold an MA from the Royal College of Art, London. My background and long career in art and culture deeply inform my therapeutic work. I’m interested in how language, symbols, and story help us make sense of ourselves and our place in the world.
My approach
Integrative psychotherapy is a flexible approach that draws from different therapeutic models and evidence-based practices, shaped around you and your needs. I work responsively and intuitively, informed by psychodynamic and Jungian psychotherapy and additional training in trauma and grief work.
At the heart of therapy is relationship. I aim to offer a grounded, compassionate, and collaborative space where you can feel safe to explore, reflect, and better understand yourself. Through open curiosity and thoughtful questions, we may look at patterns, memories, dreams, and everyday experiences, while also including simple grounding exercises or breath work to support you.
My practice is rooted in inclusivity and cultural awareness. I welcome people from all backgrounds and identities, and I’m attentive to how culture, identity, and systems shape your inner and outer worlds.
I’m committed to practising ethically and sustainably. My work is professionally supervised and conducted in line with the BACP’s Ethical Framework.
