Ayesha Kapila (she/her). I’m a fully qualified, BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist offering therapy that honours both the conscious and the unseen — the stories you can name and the ones that move quietly beneath the surface.

My work draws from psychodynamic and Jungian traditions. I’m interested in how language, symbols, and story help us make sense of ourselves and our place in the world. Together, we can explore what matters most to you, helping you reconnect with your voice, your rhythm, and your sense of possibility.

I have particular experience working with women from the Global Majority and offer an inclusive, culturally aware practice.
